You start the route at the Paseo Marítimo in Arrecife and end it at Arco Iris street in Arrieta.
The start is from Arrieta, in La Garita street, and the end of the section is the Mirador del Rio, just 70 meters from the intersection of the LZ-203 and LZ-201 streets.
If you are in good physical shape, it will take you 2 hours and 15 minutes to do this stage; for the beginners a little more time, 3 hours and 40 minutes.
It starts at the junction of the LZ-203 and LZ-201 roads and ends at Caleta de Famara, on Borda street.
The route begins in Borda Street, in Caleta de Famara, and ends in Yaiza, in the Salida al Rubicón Street, right next to the Virgen de los Remedios Church.
You leave from the church of the Virgen de los Remedios, in Yaiza, and arrive at Playa Quemada, on Avenida Marítima.
You leave from the Avenida Marítima, in Playa Quemada, and arrive at Punta del Camello in Arrecife. In this section you cycle along the Avenida de las Playas and enjoy an impressive coastal landscape.

These stages go from Arrecife and go around the island passing by Arrieta, Ye, Caleta de Famara, Yaiza, Playa Quemada, to end up again in Arrecife. We describe the sections.First stage, from Arrecife to Arrieta, with rental bikes
The route has 10% asphalt pavement and 90% dirt track, for a total of 29.5 km. The physical difficulty is easy, if you are a beginner it will take you 1 hour and 50 minutes, more or less, and if you are trained, 1 hour and 5 minutes.You start the route at the Paseo Marítimo in Arrecife and end it at Arco Iris street in Arrieta.
Second stage, from Arrieta to Ye
At this stage there is more asphalt than earth, in a proportion of 75 to 25 %. This is a very physically demanding stage over a distance of 23.57 km. It will take 1 and a half hours for the trainees and 2 and a half hours for the beginners.The start is from Arrieta, in La Garita street, and the end of the section is the Mirador del Rio, just 70 meters from the intersection of the LZ-203 and LZ-201 streets.
Third stage, from Ye to Caleta de Famara
We continue with a high physical demand, on a 41.5 km route, of which 15% is paved and 85% is unpaved.If you are in good physical shape, it will take you 2 hours and 15 minutes to do this stage; for the beginners a little more time, 3 hours and 40 minutes.
It starts at the junction of the LZ-203 and LZ-201 roads and ends at Caleta de Famara, on Borda street.
Fourth stage, from Caleta de Famara to Yaiza
With an asphalt pavement percentage of 25 % and a terrain of 75 %, the fourth stage is also of high physical difficulty. It is 39.4 km long, and takes a trained cyclist 1 hour and 50 minutes, while a beginner takes 3 hours.The route begins in Borda Street, in Caleta de Famara, and ends in Yaiza, in the Salida al Rubicón Street, right next to the Virgen de los Remedios Church.
Fifth stage, from Yaiza to Playa Quemada
The distance covered is 46 km, with a high physical demand. It has 15 % of asphalt and 85 % of soil. Whoever is in good physical shape and has cycling training can cover the stretch in 2 hours and 10 minutes, and those who are not, will do so in 3 hours and a half.You leave from the church of the Virgen de los Remedios, in Yaiza, and arrive at Playa Quemada, on Avenida Marítima.
Sixth stage, from Playa Quemada to Arrecife
The last stage is the one that takes you back to the starting point, Arrecife. Already the difficulty is low and it is easy to do this last section, which is also 46 km, with 85% of asphalt and 15% of land. For the trained cyclists, the time is approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes, and for the beginners it is 3 hours and a half.You leave from the Avenida Marítima, in Playa Quemada, and arrive at Punta del Camello in Arrecife. In this section you cycle along the Avenida de las Playas and enjoy an impressive coastal landscape.
